Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit and Credit Cards, Cash, or Money Orders made payable to Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly. Half of the total balance is due at the time that you book your party. The remaining half is due one week before the party date.

Refunds: Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly does not offer any refunds. We suggest that you place all Kakes on a flat surface while transporting. Not responsible for any damages that may occur to any Kakes, food, beverage, or any other party items once it leaves the shop.

Reservations: Please call or e-mail to schedule your party at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your desired party date and time to see if it is available. Once you have selected a party date and time, we will hold your reservation for one week to give you time to complete the guest list, sign the party contract, and return it to us along with your deposit. Your deposit will secure your reservation, and we will begin
finalizing and mailing the custom printed invitations.

Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly Hosted Event: Our party host(s) will arrive at your location approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled party time. We ask that your tables be cleared and ready to decorate upon arrival. Our hosts are responsible for set-up, and running smooth parties only.

Host-your-Own party: To save money you may choose to host your own party. Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly will provide you with the complete party package items that you have chosen. One week prior to your party we will contact you to arrange for a pick-up date and time for your party package supplies. You may pick up or we will deliver your party supplies 1 -2 days before your party; in some instances we will need to deliver on the day of the party. Rental items are expected to be returned in their original condition.

Cancellations and rescheduling: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the $100 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly will make every effort to reschedule you party. The party can only be postponed once. Please remember, there will be an additional charge if you wish to re-create invitations to your guests.

Minimum/Maximum attendance: Party packages are designed for a minimum of 8 guests (including the guest of honor). Any party smaller than eight will be charged for the minimum of 8 guests.


Attendance of guests: Some guests may not show up to the party, even though they RSVP. Please remember that we will charge according to the final guest count that you provided prior to the party, not the number of children that show up.

Siblings of guests: Our party packages cover the guest of honor and their guests. Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities.

Late arrivals: Please advise all guests that the party will begin exactly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned, and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed.


Discipline and non-participation: The party hostess is responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities only. We ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate.

Guest attire: Some of our parties include costumes. No child is to come undressed. We ask that the children come prepared wearing a leotard, bathing suit or slip to wear under their party attire. Boys can wear undershirts and jeans/pants. Children must wear their own shoes with the costumes.

Food allergies: In the event that Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly provides a catered menu for your event, it is the responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we suggest that either you or the child’s parents provide an alternative menu for that child.


Inclement weather/illness: In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your $100 deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule your party for an alternative date. If new invitations, food or beverages are needed there will be an additional charge.


Liability: Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly its owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or allergies related to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage, costume malfunction, or any other activity that may occur.


Rental Items and Damage: Rental items are the property of Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly. These items are to be returned to Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly within 48 hours following the date of the party. In the event that rental items are not returned, the $300 money order will be cashed to replace necessary items. While we understand that accidents can happen, the client will be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and other property of Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly.


Other Considerations: For purposes of maintaining high quality costumes, we ask that any food and beverages that will be served to the children while in costume be approved beforehand. Beverages should be light colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch) and no food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce or dark colored jellies. We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage our costumes. The client will be held responsible for excessive damage to Kute Kreations & Kakes by Kimberly's property.

Client Obligations are to:
*Provide a safe/clean area for dress-up and all activities.
*Provide a smoke-free environment

*Please have tables and chairs set up and cleared before our arrival.

*Remain with/near the party at all times.
*Provide a gathering place for parent(s) of the guests who wish to stay
*Provide enough tables and chairs to accommodate all of your invited guests.
*Attend to a child that does not want to participate, misbehaves or becomes ill.
